The terms of use presented below (hereinafter the TERMS OF USE) constitute the agreement between Insumos y Bienes de México S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter Insumex) and any user of www.insumex.com whose e-mail address is: marketingi@nsumex.com .

The use of the SITE by any person confers the status of user (hereinafter the USER) and implies full and unconditional adherence to these TERMS OF USE; consequently, it is essential that the USER reads them beforehand and evaluates them carefully, so that he/she is aware that he/she is subject to them and to the modifications they may undergo, each time he/she accesses the SITE.If at any time the USER does not agree in whole or in part with these TERMS OF USE, he/she must immediately refrain from using the SITE in any of its parts or sections.

The USER agrees that in various parts of the SITE there may be special stipulations that, as the case may be, will replace, complement and/or modify the TERMS OF USE (hereinafter the SPECIAL CONDITIONS), for this reason it is also essential that the USER reads them beforehand in each case and if he/she does not fully or partially agree with it or them, refrains from using the part or section of the SITE regulated under that SPECIAL CONDITION or CONDITIONS(S). In the event that the USER uses the part of the SITE regulated by one or more PARTICULAR CONDITION(S), it shall be understood that he/she fully and unconditionally submits to them.

Access to and use of the SITE
Access to and use of the SITE by INSUMEX is free of charge for USERS. The USER shall be obliged to register or register on the SITE, only when specifically requested to do so.

Access and use of the SITE
Through the SITE, INSUMEX provides USERS with access to various information provided by INSUMEX or by persons directly or indirectly linked to such information (hereinafter the CONTENT).

The USER acknowledges that the use of the SITE does not imply any ownership rights over the SITE, any of its elements or CONTENTS.

INSUMEX reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, configuration, information, CONTENTS and in general any part or aspect directly or indirectly related to the SITE.

Contents
Obligation to make correct use of the site and the contents The USER agrees to use the SITE and the CONTENTS in accordance with the applicable laws, with the provisions of these TERMS OF USE and with respect for public order. The USER agrees to use the SITE and any CONTENT or aspect related to it, in a manner that does not harm the rights or interests of Insumex, of persons linked to it directly or indirectly or of third parties.

The USER shall use the SITE and/or the CONTENTS in a manner that does not damage, render useless, deteriorate or impair them in whole or in part.

Media for obtaining contents
The USER shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material accessible through the SITE or the CONTENTS.The CONTENTS and the elements found in the SITE may be used only by the means or procedures established and indicated therein.

Correct use of the contents
The USER agrees to use the CONTENTS and the elements used in the SITE in a diligent, correct and lawful manner, and in particular, undertakes to refrain from: (a) use the CONTENTS in a manner, for purposes or effects contrary to law, public order and what is established by INSUMEX for the use of this SITE; (b) copy, disseminate, modify, reproduce, distribute or use in any form for profit or non-profit purposes the CONTENTS and the elements used in the SITE, unless you have the express written authorization of Victor Lopez Valerio; (c) modify or manipulate the trademarks, logos, commercial notices, trade names and distinctive signs in general of Victor Lopez Valerio, the SITE or persons directly or indirectly related to INSUMEX (unless authorized in writing), (d) delete, circumvent or modify the CONTENTS and elements used in the SITE, as well as technical protection devices, or any mechanism or procedure established in the SITE.

INSUMEX declares that all CONTENTS and elements used in the SITE are duly registered and protected under the corresponding authorities and laws in Mexico. The USER undertakes to respect all Intellectual Property rights over the CONTENTS and the elements used in the SITE owned by INSUMEX.

Steel and High Density Polyethylene Technical ContentsThe technical CONTENT on steel and high density polyethylene provided by INSUMEX is for general information and should not be used as a substitute for treatment, diagnosis and/or advice from qualified professionals. The USER should clarify any technical or technical questions about steel and high density polyethylene with his/her responsible professional. INSUMEX assumes no responsibility for any risk to your projects that may be caused by the information contained in the SITE. The USER should take into account that the information on the SITE is updated periodically and may not have the most current information on steel and high density polyethylene. Use of the SITE does not create a relationship between INSUMEX and the USER and INSUMEX is not obligated to follow up with the USER.

Use of the site, the contents and the contents under the sole responsibility of the user.

By the mere fact of accessing the SITE, the USER acknowledges and agrees that the use of the SITE and the CONTENTS is under its sole and strict responsibility, so INSUMEX shall not be liable at any time and under any circumstances for any damage or problem that may occur in the hardware or software used by the USER to access or browse any part of the SITE.

Exclusion of warranties and liability
Exclusion of Warranties and Liability for the operation of the SITE and the CONTENTS, viruses and other harmful elements. Victor Lopez Valerio does not control and does not guarantee the absence of viruses in the CONTENTS, nor the absence of other elements in the CONTENTS that may cause alterations in the USER'S computer system (software and/or hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in his computer system.

Sites and contents outside the SITE and the CONTENTSBeing a private company, independent and alien to political and religious partisanship, INSUMEX does not allow the publication of content that contravenes this character and reserves the right to accept to publish or suggest sites, sub-sites or material outside the SITE and INSUMEX that it considers of interest to USERS. In case of doing so, INSUMEX is not responsible in any way for such sites and materials, as well as access or use by the USER thereof.

Likewise, any site and/or sub-site on the Internet, outside the SITE, may have a link (link, hyperlink, "link") to the SITE or CONTENT with or without the authorization of INSUMEX. INSUMEX is not responsible for the origin, uses and destinations of such links. Likewise, the person responsible for sites and/or sub-sites that mention or manage a link to the SITE and/or the CONTENTS, is not necessarily authorized to manage such links, nor to promote INSUMEX, the SITE or the CONTENTS. INSUMEX assumes no responsibility for such sites, nor for their contents outside the SITE, nor does it accept any charge for advertising, unless there is a previously signed contract between the parties.

Denial and withdrawal of access to the SITE and/or the CONTENTS.INSUMEX reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the SITE and/or the CONTENTS at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of any person, to any USER for any reason, including without limitation those USERS who misuse the SITE, any of its parts or sections or the CONTENTS, or who fail to comply totally or partially with these TERMS OF USE or the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS that may be applicable.

Duration and termination
The SITE and the CONTENTS have an indefinite duration. However, INSUMEX may terminate, suspend or interrupt at any time and without prior notice the SITE and/or any of the CONTENTS.

Obligation to observe the instructionsThe USER agrees to follow to the letter any instructions given by INSUMEX or INSUMEX authorized personnel in connection with the SITE, with reference to any mechanism or procedure established to use the SITE and the CONTENTS. The USER shall only follow instructions given by INSUMEX.

Liability for damages
The USER is responsible for any damage and / or harm of any nature caused by breach of these TERMS OF USE or any applicable regulations, so it releases INSUMEX from any civil, criminal, administrative or any other type of liability.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event that INSUMEX is sanctioned or convicted by a competent authority in any proceeding related to civil, criminal, administrative or any other type of liability, it shall notify the USER responsible, who must pay INSUMEX the amount it has been ordered to cover, as well as the costs, fees and other expenses incurred, within 15 calendar days following the notification. In case of delay of payment in the term indicated, the USER agrees to pay INSUMEX by way of conventional penalty, an amount equivalent to the principal amount.

Personal data
To use or enjoy some of the CONTENT it is necessary that the USER previously provide INSUMEX certain personal data (hereinafter PERSONAL DATA) that INSUMEX may or may not manage automatically. The USER, by accessing the SITE or any of the CONTENTS in which PERSONAL DATA are required, is authorizing INSUMEX to perform analyses and studies based on them.

The USER is obliged to provide true and reliable PERSONAL DATA, and in the event that he/she wishes not to provide them in the parts of the SITE that are requested, he/she must refrain from using that or those parts or sections of the SITE. In the event that the USER provides false or misleading information, Victor Lopez Valerio may deny him/her access to the SITE and the CONTENTS within it, without prejudice to any compensation that may be required.

By providing your PERSONAL INFORMATION on the SITE, the USER is authorizing INSUMEX to disclose to any competent authority the respective information, in case it is requested by the appropriate legal means. INSUMEX will not share any personal information that has been provided, with third parties, unless it is required to provide a service or product requested by the USER.

License
INSUMEX authorizes the USER to use the SITE exclusively under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein expressed, without implying that it grants the USER any license or authorization or any type of right other than the aforementioned use with respect to the "Intellectual Property" of INSUMEX. Intellectual Property" means all trademarks registered and/or used in Mexico or abroad by Insumex, as well as all rights over inventions (patented or not), industrial designs, utility models, confidential information, commercial names, commercial notices, reservations of rights, domain names, as well as all types of patrimonial rights over works and creations protected by copyrights and other forms of industrial or intellectual property recognized or that may be recognized by the corresponding laws.

Other Provisions Form.
The USER accepts that a printed version of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and of any communication sent and/or received in electronic form shall be admissible as evidence in any judicial and/or administrative proceeding.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. In all matters related to the interpretation and compliance with the provisions herein, by the mere fact of accessing the SITE, USERS agree to submit to the applicable laws and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that, by reason of their present or future domiciles, or for any other reason, may correspond to them.

Ineffective Provisions
In the event that any of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS herein are deemed unenforceable or are declared null and void or invalid under applicable law, it shall be replaced by a term or condition that is valid and can more rigorously fulfill the purpose of the unenforceable provision or one that has been declared null and void or invalid. All other terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Rights
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Insumex.
